Even a few fast foods (say pizza) that are prescribed to be avoided can actually benefit you when consumed at right quantities. Pizza has tomato and cheese as its main ingredients. Tomatoes contain lycopene which is a compound that can prevent cancer. Lycopene is absorbed more by the intestine when consumed along with unsaturated fats like hot cheese. However the amount of consumption really matters as every excess becomes a vice. Excessive Fat consumption can lead to weight gain.
