There are many fundamental motivators, and we have all of them in our self, but three predominate; working out which three is what understanding our motivators is about, for when we know this, we can feed the motivators, and so find satisfaction.
To be self-motivated means that there is no outside force or person pushing you to become what you want. The whole concept of succeeding lies within yourself and that means that you will need to make the effort yourself to be who you want to be. The doing away with the distractions means that you need to be completely self-reliant.
Inspiration requires no will power, it’s simply something you cultivate deep within your soul and everything that you do is goal oriented. You don’t think twice about having that piece of pie, or skipping a workout.
You probably don’t want to go around bragging to everybody about all of your accomplishments – it tends to make people look down on you. But you should acknowledge the work you do. Keep in mind that you’re doing a good job.
Attitude changes toward fitness begin with education so you understand why exercise is important and what sort of life you will have if you do not fit proper exercise into your schedule. Taking responsibility and educating yourself on the benefits of exercise and proper nutrition is the first step in the process.
Another point of motivation here is the qualification. If the quality of your work is way better than the others, you would show off your real talents at work and you would have a lot of appraisal from the higher staff.
Rather than set big goals that may put you under unnecessary pressure, break your goals into smaller chunks and work towards attaining them one baby step at a time. Congratulate yourself on a job well done with the completion of each baby step and reward yourself with something.
