Vitamins are very necessary for curing fatigue. Lack of Vitamin B or pantothenic acid in the body usually results in extreme fatigue in the body. It is advised that regular intake of 30mg of Vitamin B5 may help in overcoming fatigue. Besides this you need to intake diet rich in Vitamin B group such as rice polishing, liver, wheat germ and brewer’s yeast.

Vitamin B1 improves the nervous system function and boosts energy. It is essential for converting food into energy and for the transmission of electrical impulses in the nerves and muscles. It can have a powerful effect on your mood and alertness.

Vitamin D plays many roles in the body. Most notably, it allows the body to absorb calcium, which plays a role in the strength of bones and in muscles’ ability to contract. The vitamin also helps modulate the inflammatory response among many other duties.

Many patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome have found a certain amount of relief through the administration of vitamin B12 shots. Vitamin B12 is one of the water soluble vitamins that helps to maintain the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver; as well as being involved in the formation of S-adenosylmethionine which is involved in mood and immune function.

Eat foods rich in the B vitamins, particularly vitamin B1 or Thiamine; brown rice, legumes, peas, kelp, dulse, plums, spirulina, raisins, broccoli, asparagus, and most nuts. Vitamin B1 has been found to significantly decrease the number of fatigue complaints in athletes.

Actually, B complex including B1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 – which helps fight fatigue and is vital for the formation of red blood vessels which are linked to the body’s energy levels.
